In Kunlun tradition, we have two main meditation techniques. In Kunlun school of meditation there are the forgotten practices of self-awakening, once taught in monasteries only to a few. These esoteric practices are now available. The tradition has 2 main practices as part of the Core.

1. Spontanious Nei gong
2. Red Phoenix

And additional: Golden flower meditation, Mao Shan I-Jong or Ijong, with/without Five Elements

There used to be part of the same school of Tao, but schools and practices split at some point. Sifu Max has put both of them back in one system. We can practice either one, or in combination.

Details of the Kunlun technique of spontanious nei gung meditation are available in the kunlun book by Max.

I can not write about the detail instructions on red phoenix technique or how to do Red Phoenix. But it is taught at the Kunlun seminars. It is an excellent technique that can be done any where, any time. Even while you are waking, waiting, taking a train, waiting for a train…

Similar to Tibetan tradition where in one of the higher stages high lamas achieve Rainbow body, In Taoist tradition the similar is termed as Gold Dragon Body. In order to achieve the Gold dragon body, one needs to practice both Spontaneous Neigung and Red Phoenix.

They could also be spelled as
kunlun nei kung kunlun nei gong kunlun nei gung kunlun neigung kun lun meditation

If you are looking for how to perform red phoenix kunlun. I encourage you to attend one of Kunlun seminars. A list of Kunlun facilitators can be found on http://www.primordialalchemist.com/facilitator.html

Kunlun™ 1 is a Introduction to Kunlun Nei Gung™ – Dancing Bliss Meditation

Participants can expect to learn:

Kong Jing – a special form of mediation to allow one to be empty, receive and ground oneself.

Maoshan 5 Elements Chi Gung – this breathing and standing Chi Gung will allow one to balance the five main organs of the body.

Beginning level of Kunlun Nei Gung™

Initiation Transmission – Kunlun instructors/facilitators transmit a portion of Kunlun magnetic energy to each person so that one can be activated and use their own energy from within. Kunlun is a living lineage carried from one master to next, each student becomes a part of the lineage after the seminar.

While practicing Kunlun™ expect the unexpected, but there are some physical signs of the energy awakening, they can range from shaking, orgasmic type bliss, heat rising from the belly to the top of the head, itchy crawly skin caused by enough Chi to break the resistance of the skin, speaking in a universal language or tongues, seeing balls of light, smelling fragrances, ability to heal others, seeing magnetic fields outside the body and seeing blocks inside the body to name just a few.

It is said that “One hour of practicing Kunlun™ is equal to 100 years of meditation.” This ancient esoteric practice is also referred to as the spontaneous bliss practice as it initiates 5 levels of ecstatic bliss.

In level 1 practice, a person will find a spontaneous movement occurs in which they are releasing impurities and blocks. Sounds, wild laughter, speaking in tongues and shaking are common ways this occurs. In addition, one may see divine beings and have a wisdom eye opening, as well as levitate. It is normal to find oneself producing lots of heat in the body and sweating during this process as well.

The 2nd level involves building magnetic potential and the practitioner becomes more calm. This is where many of the mysteries begin to unfold.

The 3rd level is a balancing, calming and empty state. Sometimes a practitioner may undergo a “death experience” in which they merge with the light that they are. It is very peaceful and no different then some aspects of being in a lucid dream state. The heart and breathing does stop, but the practitioner is filled with bliss and is smiling. They are merely witnessing their divine nature. It is quite beautiful.

What is Kunlun Nei Gung?

Kunlun Nei Gung is an ancient, secret method of spiritual awakening. Kunlun is a reset process that is a part of your body already. When you do the method you activate that process. Whatever your body determines you need to do to realign your natural energy flow, will happen.

The position you take tunes/harmonizes your body with the one law or sympathetic vibration. You know you have attained it when you feel joyful, blissful and loving. The love aspect of the human being is the expression of the one law.

What this practice does, is to awaken a divine bliss feeling in the practitioner. It can be compared to a mild orgasm except that it is not sexual in nature.

This bliss expands as it rises and it is this process that raises your vibrational rate. At this higher vibration, emotional blocks and mental illusions dispel. Sometimes they are forcefully released and other times it is a smooth experience. Whatever you are holding can be let go of, but only if you are ready to be done with it.

When a block is released it creates a new channel for this bliss energy. When you practice regularly you can access and clear new levels of deep set tension like moving through layers of an onion.

As you become more clear, you become more magnetic.

You can then learn to project this energy outward to help heal others or you can chose to simply bask in your own empty radiance. In this state, knowledge comes as if recalling a memory. There is no effort but to follow your feeling.

It is different for everyone.

It can be a very smooth, blissful process as well. Any initial shaking, movements, emotional release, etc., is just you doing what you need to do to “right the ship.”

You are in control the whole time and you can go as deep as you want or keep it very light.

Once you learn this practice, you do have to deal with what comes next for you. There is no question you will start to change. The practice will continue to work to clear you, but some changes might be difficult for people. You will have to face the parts of yourself you might not want to see. This is the great challenge on the path and the reason why so many give up.

Of course, grounding the energy afterward is very important.

This practice can open up the higher levels of understanding that would be very difficult to access alone. Not to mention the health benefits and the minor abilities that can be developed.
